Here’s a way you can help anyone who is struggling emotionally or spiritually. Listen, have you heard them say bad things about themselves over and over? They may be short statements like, “I’m stupid”, “I’m unwanted”, “They are judging me”, “I can’t” or “I’m not loveable”. The list goes on and on. These are called negative thoughts. The question you’ll learn to ask them is, when was the first time you thought or felt this way? This is where they hurt and need healing. Starting to heal here is one of the reasons over 80% of adults and children say this program works for them.
